To apply as a distributor, fill out our application Distributor's Form and provide your business details. Once we receive your application, we will contact you via email within 48 hours to schedule our first virtual meeting and discuss the next steps.
At Sunshine Pilipinas, we consider our Resellers and Distributors as Partners.
Sunshine Reseller
A Sunshine Reseller buys Sunshine-branded products in smaller quantities, either from a distributor or directly from Sunshine Pilipinas. Resellers focus on selling these products to customers through online or offline channels—or both—primarily as part of their retail operations. They manage their own marketing, branding (if permitted), and customer service, usually operating on a smaller scale with minimal investment. Resellers must present the designs as creations of Sunshine Pilipinas and cannot claim them as their own.
Sunshine Distributor
A Sunshine Distributor partners directly with Sunshine Pilipinas through a formal contract and purchases products in larger quantities using a Purchase Order process. Distributors have flexible options for their purchases:
- Generic, unlabeled products for their own branding.
- Generic products with distributor-branded packaging.
- Sunshine-branded products.
Distributors work closely with Sunshine Pilipinas during the creative process to customize products before they are manufactured, creating a tailored experience for their specific market needs.
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the scale of your business and your goals:
- For Resellers: A minimum order of one balikbayan box (24x18x24 inches) of assorted products.
- For Medium-Scale Distributors: At least one Truckload for Sunshine-branded products available in our catalog. Products will be shipped from our local warehouse, and transportation will be the distributor’s responsibility unless a separate delivery arrangement is made.
- For Large-Scale Distributors: A minimum of one 20ft x 10ft container ( capacity: 400-800 parols, depending on the size mix) for generic products or large-scale distributorship. Shipping and logistics arrangements can be discussed based on your location and requirements.

We offer special pricing for larger orders. Resellers receive discounts on Batch Orders, which apply to smaller quantities suited for their retail operations. Distributors, on the other hand, benefit from a more substantial discount based on their Truckload or Container-load orders, reflecting their larger-scale purchases and ongoing supply needs.
The pricing will come later in the process specifically for the custom-made orders.
Yes, we can accommodate custom-made product requests for Container-load orders. Once you enter into a partnership with Sunshine Pilipinas, we will collaborate closely through a comprehensive creative and manufacturing process. This includes:
- Product sampling
- Material and product specifications study
- Design reviews
- Prototyping
- Packaging development
- Final pricing
This process ensures that your custom products meet both your expectations and regulatory requirements. Please note that duplicating designs from other brands is strictly prohibited, and all raw materials used must comply with customs regulations.
All these details will be outlined in the Distribution Partnership Agreement (DPA), which formalizes our partnership and ensures mutual understanding. Feel free to reach out to start the conversation!
We do not impose geographic restrictions on distributorship. Instead, we focus on exclusivity at the product level:
Exclusive Distributor Designs: If a distributor sells their own designs under their own brand, those designs will be exclusive to that distributor. Sunshine Pilipinas will not sell these designs as our own, nor will we provide them to other distributors.
Sunshine-Branded Products: For Sunshine-branded products, there are no restrictions on quantity, coverage area, or location. This ensures all distributors have the flexibility to sell our products and expand their reach.
This policy encourages distributors to innovate and build their brand identity while fostering collaboration and flexibility in distributing Sunshine-branded products.
Generally, Yes. We replace products that are damaged due to a manufacturing fault or error.
At Sunshine Pilipinas, we have a strict quality assurance process to ensure that our products and packaging can withstand local shipping conditions. However, once the shipment is handed over to your chosen courier or transport provider, any damages incurred during transit will be the distributor’s responsibility.
To safeguard your shipment, we highly recommend arranging proper handling and transit insurance with your logistics provider for additional protection. If you need assistance, we’re happy to guide you through the best practices for safe transport.
All our products are showcased in the catalog on our website, and the photos displayed are of the actual items. Potential partners are welcome to purchase items from our catalog as part of the Purchase Order process for sampling.
For custom-made products, we encourage partners to share their vision boards or brand catalog so we can collaborate on the design and prototype. This ensures we deliver a product that perfectly aligns with your expectations.
As part of our partnership, we will work closely with you throughout the creative process, which includes product sampling, material and product specification studies, design reviews, prototyping, packaging development, and final pricing. Our goal is to bring your vision to life while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
Additional Costs for Sampling and Prototyping
For custom-made products, we recommend starting with a vision board or brand catalog to guide the design and prototyping process. Please note that sampling and prototyping may incur a minimal cost to cover materials and production efforts.
A 40% deposit is required upon finalizing the Purchase Order to initiate production.
The remaining 60% balance is due upon fulfillment of order.

These small items, including ornaments, wreaths, and other handcrafted decorations, are perfect for bazaars and retail outlets. Sunshine Pilipinas partners with JJM Handicrafts, who specializes in creating these accents exclusively for us.
We’ve made it simple to start! The minimum order quantity for our handmade accents is just 1 balikbayan box (24x18x24 inches). The box can include assorted items that you can choose from our catalog, giving you the flexibility to choose a selection that fits your market’s preferences.
