2. Return and Refund Policy
- No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds unless the product qualifies under our manufacturer defect warranty. Once your order has been placed and processed, cancellations and changes are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Warranty for Manufacturer Defects
- Products are covered by a 7-day warranty for manufacturer defects. In such cases, you may return the product for a replacement or refund.
- Proof of Defect: To qualify for this warranty, customers must provide video proof of the defect during unboxing. The video must clearly show the product in its packaging, being opened for the first time.
- Return Process: If a defect is found, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund.
4. Handling and Courier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for damages caused by courier mishandling. Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, it is beyond our control. However, we ensure that each item is packaged securely before dispatch.
- If you suspect mishandling by the courier, please file a claim directly with the courier service. Any courier-related issues must be addressed by the shipping provider.
5. Requirements for Returns
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. The return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
